📦 Our Ōtara Shipping Policy

🚚 Shipping Overview
At Our Ōtara, every purchase supports our community, so we make sure your gear arrives safe and sound, no matter where you are. We proudly ship within New Zealand and to select international destinations.
📍 Shipping Locations
- Within New Zealand: We ship to all major cities, towns, and rural areas.
- International: We currently ship to Australia, the Pacific Islands, and selected international regions. For specific destinations, please contact us at kiaora@ourotara.nz
⏱️ Processing Times
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Please allow 7 business days for order processing before dispatch.
- During busy periods (e.g. collection launches, 274 Ōtara Day), processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience and support.
🚛 Delivery Times
- New Zealand: 7 business days after dispatch.
- Rural NZ: Please allow an extra 2–3 business days.
- Australia & Pacific: 7–14 business days.
- Other International: 10–21 business days, depending on customs and local services.
💲 Shipping Costs
- NZ Standard Shipping: Flat rate $8.00 NZD.
- NZ Rural Shipping: Flat rate $12.00 NZD.
- Australia: Flat rate $25.00 NZD.
- Pacific Islands: Flat rate $30.00 NZD.
- Other International: Calculated at checkout based on location.
We may offer free shipping promotions during special launches or events. Keep an eye on our socials for details!
🌱 Sustainability
We’re committed to kaitiakitanga. Whenever possible, we use compostable or recycled packaging materials to reduce our impact on Papatūānuku.

🛍️ Damaged or Missing Orders
We pack every order with care. If your order arrives damaged or is missing items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos if possible so we can sort it out quickly.
